1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service (Terms) are an agreement between Teckel AI, Inc. (Camo, we, or us) and the person or organization using the Service (you). By accessing or using Camo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Camo for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for your credentials, your organization members, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Organization owners and administrators control membership and content access. Your organization is responsible for its users and for obtaining required permissions before giving them access.

3. The Service and AI output

Camo researches brands, opportunities, and professional information to help create personalized recruiting pages. The Service can generate text, layouts, summaries, and other output using artificial intelligence.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or similar to output created for others. You must review output before publishing or using it. Camo does not make hiring decisions, assess employment eligibility, rank candidates, or provide legal or employment advice.

You remain responsible for each recruiting decision, communication, claim, link, and published invitation. You must use the Service in a fair and non-discriminatory manner and comply with employment, privacy, advertising, and communications laws.

4. Customer content

Customer Content includes material you submit, connect, upload, retrieve, edit, or publish through the Service. It includes brand assets, job material, resumes, profile information, campaign content, candidate data, and action links.

You keep your ownership rights in Customer Content. You give Camo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, modify, display, and transmit Customer Content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service and meet legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis needed to use Customer Content. You must not submit highly sensitive data that is not needed for the recruiting purpose. This includes government identifiers, financial account numbers, medical records, or account passwords.

Published invitation links are not access-controlled. Anyone who has a link can view its content. You are responsible for choosing what to publish and for sharing links with appropriate recipients.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • break a law or violate another person's rights;
  • discriminate or make unlawful employment decisions;
  • harass, deceive, impersonate, defame, or exploit a person;
  • send spam or unlawful automated communications;
  • submit content you cannot lawfully use;
  • upload malware or interfere with Service security;
  • probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass Service limits;
  • resell the Service without our written permission; or
  • use output to train a competing model or service.

We may investigate suspected misuse and remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Plans and billing

Free, Pro, and Team plans have the prices, seats, brand limits, and generation limits shown when you subscribe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Stripe processes payments.

You authorize recurring charges, applicable taxes, and prorated plan changes. You can manage payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation from Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the Service states otherwise.

Fees are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. We may change prices or plan limits with advance notice. A price change takes effect at the next renewal after the notice period.

7. Ownership

Camo and its licensors own the Service, software, design system, trademarks, and related technology. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your account term. If you give us feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can cancel a paid plan through Billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, legal requirements, misuse, or a material breach of these Terms.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that must continue by their nature remain in effect, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and general terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camo disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camo and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Camo's total liability for all claims arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid to Camo during the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them.

You will defend and indemnify Camo and its affiliates from third-party claims arising from Customer Content, your use of the Service, your recruiting activities, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. General terms

New York law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to that venue.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement about the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new effective date and give notice of material changes when required. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
